Harleon

Meet Harleon, my own version of an eeveelution He's a mix of Jolteon and Umbreon with something else added that i'm not sure.

He's a mysterious form of eevee, and it's not known how he came about. When he was an eevee he ran into the nearby woods and was missing for days, before returning as what was called a "Harleon", named for his harlequin like appearance. His powers are mysterious and largely unknown, though he seems to be some form of Dark and/or Electric pokemon.

I was doodling this guy while watching batman movies i was inspired by the Joker and Harlequin. I've thrown in Jolteon attributes cause Jolteon's my favorite real pokemon. harleon is my favorite fake pokemon
